Stanley P. Jaskot

Stan is a passionate advocate for his clients.

With over forty-five years of experience of litigating at all levels of Court in Ontario, including the Superior Court, Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal, Stan excels in the courtroom setting and is highly regarded within the legal community for his skills in advocacy.
Having lived in Hamilton and Burlington all his life, Stan started out his legal career at Agro, Zaffiro, Parente, Orzel, Hubar & Baker where he was quickly admitted to the partnership. In 1997, Stan founded his own family law boutique firm with R. John Harper (who was subsequently appointed to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice), which gained stature and reputation within the legal community and provided the foundation for the firm today.
In 1992, his depth of knowledge in all aspects of family law earned Stan the designation of Certified Specialist in Family Law by the Law Society of Upper Canada (now known as the Law Society of Ontario).
Over his long career, Stan has been published in the Canadian Family Law Quarterly and has been actively involved in continuing education programs as a presenter for the Ontario Bar Association, Law Society of Upper Canada, Osgoode Professional Development, Halton County Law Association and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.

Darryl A. Willer

Darryl is a Partner at Jaskot Willer Gill with experience in all aspects of family law.

Darryl was called to the Bar of Ontario in February 2002 after receiving his Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen’s University in 2000.
Prior to attending law school, Darryl received his Bachelor of Arts degree from McMaster University.
After articling at a full-service firm in Hamilton, Darryl narrowed his focus to family law, and started his career as an associate at Harper Jaskot LLP in 2003, a predecessor to Jaskot Willer Gill LLP.
Darryl excels in the courtroom and is highly regarded by his clients, colleagues and the bench for both his negotiation and litigation skills. In his time with the firm, Darryl has been lead counsel in all aspects of complex litigation in the Ontario Court of Justice, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
Darryl is also licensed to practice collaborative law and frequently participates in mediations and arbitrations, with an emphasis on complex financial issues.
Darryl is a frequent contributor to family law articles that appear in publications and newspapers in the Hamilton and Halton Region.

Charanjit K. Gill

Charanjit assists her clients to achieve a fair, informed and timely resolution of their family law matter.

After receiving her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Ontario, Charanjit joined the firm (Harper Jaskot LLP) as an articling student in September 2004 before being called to the bar in July 2005.
Charanjit is experienced in all aspects of family law, ranging from complex financial matters to drafting agreements to completing family adoptions. Charanjit well regarded by clients and the legal community as a skilled negotiator and litigator, in addition to being a collaborative law professional.
Originally from British Columbia, Charanjit now calls Hamilton her home and is deeply committed to the community. She currently sits as a Dispute Resolution Officer at the Superior Court of Justice in Milton, is a former board member and “Big Sister” with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hamilton & Burlington and has been involved in continuing education programs as a presenter for the Halton County Law Association and Osgoode Professional Development.
